Thank you for supporting our School!

Thank you so much to all who joined us this year at the Salem Lutheran School 23rd Annual Gala - Anchored in Hope. It was an amazing evening filled with community, joy and celebration which reminded us yet again that Salem is indeed, anchored in His hope.

The angelic voices of Salem's Honors Choir fill the room

At this beautifully elegant evening on the campus of Christ Cathedral, with the stunning voices from our exceptional Honors Choir filling the room, many of you participated in the silent and live auction opportunities, raffle drawing, “heads or tails” and you held your bidder paddles high to raise funds for our beloved school.

Your involvement – whether it was as a committee member, volunteer, donor or guest – made our night a remarkable success. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! As a result of the generous hearts that attended, bid, underwrote or gave, we raised over $113,000 net for Salem Lutheran School. What a huge blessing! Your support and generosity are so appreciated.

Our raise the paddle initiative this year was to fund the need for a new audiovisual system in the school gymnasium. At the gala, an incredible $49,000 was raised for this project alone. The installation of the audiovisual system is already underway and it is anticipated to be ready for the end of school year events at Salem!

In addition, funds will also be allocated to update the preschool and B Building bathrooms and the B Building will also receive an update to its door locks, paint and window coverings. These projects will be completed over the summer break. We will also be finishing the cabinets, installing a new white board and TV in the art room and we purchased a brand new and much needed desk for our wonderful art teacher, Mrs. Holani.

This is all because of your generous donations!

Thank you again for another incredible Gala and the beautiful outpouring of sacrificial giving that was displayed!
