Honor a loved one with a Poinsettia this Christmas

You are invited to donate a poinsettia plant to decorate the worship center and church for
Christmas. You may list a special dedication with your donation such as in memory of, in honor of, or thankfulness for a special person or occasion. Your name and special dedication will be included in the Christmas Eve bulletins. You will be able to take home your live plant(s) after the 5pm Christmas Eve Service.
Please complete THIS form online or bring THIS form to the church office or Sunday services. Payment can be made by cash or check or online at salemorange.churchcenter.com/giving or on your church center app (change the category to “Poinsettias”).
To assure that your dedication will be printed in the bulletin and the correct amount of plants are ordered, please turn in your order form by Sunday, December 18th.
