What I love most about Salem:

The loving family atmosphere. Church and School families, kids, staff and the community, all doing life together and supporting one another.

 

My favorite movie quote:

One of my favorite verses in scripture is: 

1 John 3:17-18 
If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?  Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.

Because... I believe as Christians we have a responsibility to "put our money where our mouth is". You can't say you're a follower of Jesus without following His commands.  

 

Some of my favorite hobbies include:

Being with my family. Reading (history, apologetics; Tim Keller, C.S. Lewis). Classical guitar. Writing music. Movies.  

 

My favorite school memory as a student is:

Singing at the Orange County Performing Arts Center
