What I love most about Salem:

I loved having my kids go through Salem because it was a place I knew they were being taught well with values that were important to us and they were treated with love and compassion.

 

My favorite movie quote:

One of my favorite verses in scripture is:

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 

Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus.

...Because:

This is one of my favorite verses to remember especially when I am going through challenges. In the moment, I might not feel thankful FOR a situation, but we are called to maintain an attitude of thankfulness IN that situation.

 

Some of my favorite hobbies include:

Gardening in my flower beds and vegetable garden, hiking, and baking

Reading the announcements and Pledge of Allegiance over the school PA
