Number of years in Education: 43 years; 38 in Lutheran Education

 

What I love most about Salem: 

When I returned to Salem, I kept hearing people talk about how we are a family…and it is true! I have felt loved and cared for and embraced since the day I walked on this campus in August 2021!

One of my favorite verses in scripture is:

Psalm 100:5

For the Lord is good and His love endures forever, His faithfulness continues through all generations

...Because:

no matter where life takes us, no matter our circumstances, God’s love never wavers, never ends! 

 

Some of my favorite hobbies include:

going to sporting events (Ducks hockey, Angels baseball), collecting Disney Pins

 

My favorite school memory as a student is:

Graduating from Irvine Valley College with my degree in Child Development and having my mom hand me my diploma (she was on the board of trustees for the Saddleback Community College District at the time)
