What I love most about Salem:

What I love about Salem is how Christ centered every aspect of the day is. We look to Jesus before the day has started, right at its beginning, in the middle and at the end of each day.

One of my favorite verses in scripture is:

Joshua 1:9 Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go. 

because often we feel as if this life is too much, but with Jesus, we can do anything. In times of weakness, I remember this verse, and my strength is renewed. 

 

Some of my favorite hobbies include:

Kayaking, taking walks, Disneyland, jigsaw puzzles, spending ample time with friends and family. 

 

My favorite school memory as a student is:

getting to mummify chickens in sixth grade.
