Complete the form below to schedule your Youth Worship Team audition. Please provide your preferred day and time(s). Your audition will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Once you've submitted the form below you will receive an email confirming your audition time. This email will contain additional information about how to prepare, and what to expect at your audition.
